I have run this website for the past 4 years. I created many custom scripts and templates, and sold them through this site. I also offer custom development, and free downloads. The site gets very decent traffic. With some marketing and promotion this could be a really good money maker.

I've owned this site since 2007, and it has made much more than I have posted, this is just for the past year.

I have another business I need to focus on, and cannot spend any of my own time on this any more.
