also the search volume in Google SE is 2,500,000 pages.

1) Support more currencies ( Many more )
2) I hope the rates are updated every min or so.
3) Get basic SEO done
4) Build traffic and rankings and eventually sell ad space.
5) Optimize it for mobiles

I think it's a great name and a great idea.

The currency exchanger I use is XE, I just checked and they have a mobile currency converter type thing too:
xe.com/mobile/

Check it out they might have some useful tips for you.
