Paid a lot of $ for this site as its traffic is good, and reached a peak in April with over 3 million hits / 15,000+ uniques, has reduced in recent weeks as the site requires promotion and new ideas.

MMORPG (over 30,000,000 Google results - see wikipedia for definition).
This is a gaming forum for game owners and has nearly 300 members but receives many visitors as gamers see they are getting the 'inside scoop'. The forum looks good, is well set up and very easy to customise/maintain.

Its Alexa ranking is currently: 650,266 - which is great for a gaming forum, and it was higher during march / april, a result of which could be achieved again with a little work.

The forum needs some new life and a new owner to take it on as I am beginning to neglect it.

NOTE: I can also try to arrange 6-months free hosting for the buyer, with all features enabled for this and all your other sites.

estibot is a tad hit and miss with domain names,

i valued my sites there, all were above $1000 yet realisticly there only worth mid XX.

seems a tad pricy, would you consider anything lower??

Estibot is a much improved system of late. It tells you when a domain is reg fee only and when it has real value, mainly due to its traffic... and as you can see I have priced this domain (+ full website) realistically despite estibot's valuation of over $2k.

As I said I may listen to lower offers - it needs a new owner as I have little time for it at the moment.

I wouldn't base anything off of EstiBot as it is highly inaccurate.

Estibot looks at: traffic, backlinks, alexa rank, keywords so it is exactly the sort of tool you SHOULD use to HELP with your estimate, especially with its recent improvements - but I agree, it should not be relied on for an exact valuation.

This site is valued at estibot for $2,100 due to all of the above attributes. I have priced it realistically to sell at $675 - some will see this as more than its worth, some will see it as less, thats how this industry works - valuations are based on every respective domainer's judgement.
