domain MMA (.)cc - 3 Letter .cc (Mixed Martial Arts)

I'm looking for appraisals for the domain: MMA(.)cc

It averages around 30 clicks a month, but over the last year I have got at least 15 inquires about selling the domain. I think most of the interest comes from the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) community, although there are plenty of other companies & businesses with these 3 letters. I know that being a .cc drastically diminishes the value, but with the speed at which the sport of MMA is growing, what value would you place on this domain.

As a martial artist, I like this alot.

- hard to moneytize, must sell to a end-user to get a reasonable price

Normally I would just appraise this at high$xx, but as I said before I am my self involved in Martial Arts, so I could see my self buy this for around $100

I knew that the .cc was a major deduction from the domain's value, but I've been really surprised at how many inquiries I have received about the domain. I always wanted to know if a good 3 Letter domain can overcome being a .cc or if good 3 Letter domains are always good, no matter what their extensions.

It depends but I think that mma.cc can overcome the .cc TO A POINT.

Like I would not pay a lot for it myself but I would certainly like it to develop.

It is something that can be branded and is certainly useful. In this case, especially considering the market you are targeting that may not be as interested in TLD's and could also be persuaded that .cc means something else.

The cc gives a lot of opportunity for branding. It is still hard to put great value on this name unless it is properly branded. If I were you I would keep it for a while.
