There haven't been any sales in .Desi according to NameBio.
I would have to say $0 since the end user has choices to go for something else.
Also, not a good extension to invest.

Missdesi .in, .net and .org are still available. IMO, this makes the value (if any) very low.

Plus the fact that @Arpit131 just mentioned, .desi have not sold well at the aftermarket.

I would say this is one of the better .desi domain names. Perhaps the other .desi sales have just not been reported. Type "miss desi" into Google. I can see your buyer and if they are savvy with social media, I f I were them, I would use miss.desi as a campaign or redirect to the flagship site, also because it has the exact keywords in the .com domain name. I would appraise miss.desi for $5K and bet that you will probably be the first reported sale for a .desi by selling this name.
