Minisite Developer Wanted - URGENT

My current minisite developer is busy for the next few weeks but I want to launch a new site ASAP.

The site is SushiRecipes.biz

Here is an example of what Im looking for Sushi Recipes

This is what I want

Minisite with same recipies as the one above but I need 100% unique content

I also want a unique logo & Template.

You must also supply Hosting in your cost.

you must also include full SEO on all of the site pages.

I am a fast payer and great communicater check my feedback but I only pay once the job is complete - No upfront payments - Sorry but I have been stung in the past.

PS - I normally pay $80 for a 5 page site and have a developer offering to do one a 4 page site for $39 but price isnt the key here, quality is but dont think Im a noob and quote something silly.

Im looking for more and more work to be carried out on my ever growing portfolio thousands of names to be developed.
