The website is been produced with wordpress and I have modified a bit to include the Google ads in the design. I have also made 2 tutorials and 1 of them has been listed in Good-Tutorials.com (http://www.good-tutorials.com/author/Wicked Tutorials)

All there is need to do is update it with tutorials and submit it to Good-Tutorials.com

I actually made those two tutorials for fun. I just wanted to test out how Good-Tutorials.com would have brought me in some traffic for free. I think it really did work well. Some other tutorials if they seem to be very attractive can receive around 3000 hits the first day that is listed. I would pay 10-15$ for each new tutorial that your graphic employee will do for you.

Sorry for this, but my account has been suspended and we are moving everything on the dedicated server so I had to use 301 redirection for everything. The website will be up soon.
