it is part of the lottery game 'Postcode Loterij Miljoenenjacht'.

People are playing with there postcode to win some prices. It is not the same as the National Lottery (for example in the UK). Many people are playing it but the change that you win something is very very small off course that is with every lottery :hehe:

But most people call it Postcode lotterij - Postcode lottery. I hope you understand.
