Picked this one up today. This hits close to home as I am currently active duty USMC and my wife is a former Marine.

Plan on developing into a portal site with links to varios veterans organizations, pay related links, etc etc.

Also setting up a forum where vets can network and search jobs.

Also will offer a free @militaryvets.org email service.

oohrah. I'm a former marine (desert shield/storm vet). You could develop a site with a simple summary of VA benefits, locations of VA hospitals, etc. Great name. Probably worth a lot more developed than undeveloped. I'd use affiliate links for VA loans, job finders, etc.
