Interesting. I couldn't even get them to respond to my email last year. They must have really thought the name I was writing about was total junk. They opened my email but couldn't be bothered to reply even with a form letter.

Do you think they pulled your name and email from a who is search, message board or other?

They saw one of my recent sales and the new owner never changed the WHOIS details. I guess they message new buyers who have spent a lot of money. Annoying tactic.

If they are reviewing sales list and sending unsolicited email I cannot see how they can argue that their practice is not spamming. It is always helpful to see glimpses on how a company operates. Thank you for posting.
