Midi jukebox help?

How do you make one of those small midi jukeboxes that fit in the bottom of webpages. I found a site with javascripts of a midi jukebox but it's not what I want. You can check out what I have now at www.geocities.com/hymns4you.
The one that I want is at this site.
http://asaph.hk.st if it asks you to install a language package just click cancel. The jukebox is at the bottom of the page, it's that little yellow strip with the pull-down box at the right.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

hmm well sorry can't help you there

the link up there has got some nice looking player..almost similiar with playlist etc
