MIDI files in posts

I want my users of a phpbb forum, to be able to upload MIDI files to their posts and also pick from a list. This has to be optional, and also it must have the ability to turn off the music for other users. The coder must give me the code changes for this mod. I know this can be done by enabling HTML on the forum, but I don't want to enable it. I can pay via paypal, this in an auction.

There are two existing solutions for this. There is a hack for "music online" this allows you to play midi files in a seperate area and another hack that is a general attachment hack that will allow users to upload midi and allow it to stream when the post is viewed. If you would be interested in having me instal either of these let me know.
