I don't see why they (microsoft) would/could come after someone posting a site like this....it's an opinionated type site.... IMHO, isn't someone allowed to develope a site for people out there who think microsoft sucks? aren''t we allowed to express our opinions? I happen to agree with the statement made by the name itself and would be a regular visitor to such a site....Are they the "Untouchables"? Your not allowed to say what you think about them because they are Microsoft..? Should it be worded "Ithinkmicrosoftsucks.com" "WhyIthinkmicrosoftsucks.com" or just say "Themonopolizingyouknowwhosofthecomputerworldsuck.com" so as not to mention their name .... BS---! I obviously don't know the legalities associated with something like this...but this one appears to be simply Free Speach to me. BTW, What happened about the "F---NatalieHalloway.com" site?...what's the difference? It was someone bitchin about being fed up with all the coverage she was getting when there are more important things in life to give exposure to. Same here. I like your name.

Maybe I should start a new thread with this but anyway I have some Domains starting with the initials MS, MS********.com,.us.,.co.uk etc

In fact they are registered under a relatives name. I have never dared even mention them publicly before and obviously don't park them.

What is my position selling these to someone who does not use them to infringe or mislead Microsoft customers?

Would you mind saying what the word or words are behind the MS........ in the names you have? Please..... I think it depends on what exactly is behind the MS initials.

Surely you all aren't implying we can't even use names that start with the initials MS.

You cannot be afraid to use the initials MS. It could mean anything. It cannot even be trademarked by any company because they are just initials. MS could stand for anything. Microsoft can't do anything about that.

Good point. 178 things that can suck using the initials "MS" :p (NOTE: No offense to the ladies of the group or the world, becuase of listing number one..I didn't create the list.) And note, Microsoft is not number one, but number 5! So, take that Microsoft!
