and a nice risk if you want to take it.. i.e. depending upon whether microsoft is feeling good about themselves that day or whether they are seriously fed up with cybersquatters and want to teach the rest of you a lesson - will determine whether you can simply hand the name over to them in the best instance or whether they want to file a $$$$$$$ law suit against you for any number of reasons..

Oh now that's a great idea. I use openoffice btw and have for a couple years now. It's perfectly fine for regular office use.
