Looks like the basic template is up, but seems to be a work in progress and says "site is under construction will be up in March", not sure if it was supposed to mean last March or this coming March. In any event as of now it doesn't seem to be utilizing the main selling point of .tv IMO and that is the multimedia broadcasting component, but we shall see.
