domain Miami Casas <dot> com (MiamiHouses)

I picked up this domain name a few months ago. Casas is the spanish word for houses. Miami is 65% - 70% hispanic.

Any thoughts on what this is worth.

I cant comment on the value but I like it. Without the "s" there are more google results then with the "s"

This one could be worth something for targeted marketing toward Spanish speaking residents. I would appraise at $200/300.
