Thanks for reporting.
Some of these sales, especially at these 4-figure prices, simply make no sense - one does not need to be a pro domainer to see that those names have little to no value (and not surprisingly, many of these names are still pointing to old GD servers/landers). Conclusion: Some "domain sales" are actually people who paying each other or transferring money for one purpose or another, yet they're reported as sales (and btw not all sales are reported on NameBio of course).

majorsgolfclub - has around 1,700 backlinks with a DA of 32 on Moz

themountaintopplay - has around 1,200 backlinks with a DA score of 38 on Moz

brynmawrUrology.com is an odd one - It redirects to https://midlanticurology.com so I'm wondering if they bidded it up for the backlink juice to use as redirect as it has nearly 500 backlinks and a DA score of 18 on Moz (lot of money spent for this kind of backlink profile so kinda makes sense it's an end user purchase)

Lot of money in Urology - https://www.placidway.com/search-medical-pricings/Urology/All/1 so if Mid Atlantic didn't buy it someone else could of, redirected it and maybe agree an affiliate deal with them? More likely the first option though.......

The price of domains with good/decent backlink profiles keep on going up.....
