Based on the 14 recorded sales only;

• The average sale price was $2,750
• Mid Sale Price $1,400
• Low Sale Price $100

Keep in mind the names that we're sold had alot less characters then "Metropolitan"

There are over 7,300 domains registered with keyword METROPOLITAN across all extensions.

Value wise I can see it fetching at least $100 ~ $500 and with proper outbound you could fetch at least $1,000 but it's not .com so it will be a hard sell.
