domain MetroLunchDate.com plus a few location specifics

Hi everyone.

Please provide opinions on the value and marketability of these domains. I know dating is a huge industry, but how attractive are location specifics? Do they sell well in either the reseller or end user market, or should I just buckle down and develop them?

Hmmm... I appreciate the feedback, but I don't understand. I assume you are looking at the keyword value.

Here is how Google reports the Global Monthly Searches:
Term / Broad / Phrase / Exact
lunch date / 8100 / 6600 / 1300
date lunch / 8100 / 320 / 46
marriage lunch / 73 / 36 / Not Enough Data

Why would lesser searched terms be more valuable?

I think LunchDate > DateLunch

That said, not much value in the domains as is - exact searches in google don't result in much - same goes with monthly searches.

0 - regfee imo.

I am still interested in your logic, Matrigaldo. I'm new at this, and you have obviously been at it awhile, so I value your input. I would love to hear your reasoning behind the word order.

Yo shouldnt always think of keywords as value.. LunchDate.com might have some value if developed properly.. LunchDate IMO sounds kind of weird to begin with. When you add the GEO to the domain it loses its value.
I just noticed your sig... seems like you are into the whole keyword thing.. talking from experience, i think you will end up losing $$ selling those on ebay.. when you do sell them try to get into shorter domains.. even LLLL.com's are going cheap now.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and picky when regging keyword, especially 3 word domains.. PM me if you need more of my opinions.. dont take this post as an insult in any way, Im just trying to help out a fellow DN'er
