I recently picked up Memory.tv on the drop. I personally think is a 'peach' of a domain and one of those regular reg fee domains that really should be a "Premium".
Anybody willing to stick their neck out and give an appraisal of what they think this domain is worth to both reseller and enduser? I have my own ideas but I would like to see what the concensus is. :)

Some stats:
Google results: 569,000,000 for memory.
Yahoo results: 1,160,000,000 for memory.
PPC Ads # 59/100
Max PPC Bid $3.17
MAX PPC Income/day $3730.03
Overture/mo 64237
Wordtracker/day 2206

Thanks.

Lol..Your're entitled to your opinion and I appreciate your comments. Let me know if you have any similar domains for sale at reg fee and I will gladly take them off your hands. :hehe:

Hello,

:hi:

I think it will sale a good price ,
Its means include "something that is remembered";"the cognitive processes whereby past experience is remembered";"the power of retaining and recalling past experience";and so on.

Believe you will sale a great price!
Every success with you!
Kind Regards!

If memory for TVs ever becomes "big," this could be worth quite a bit (low $xx,xxx, perhaps). I'm not too smart on this kind of technology, but think along the lines of DVR, etc. Were such technology to become standard with TVs in the future, you'd think "TV memory" might be a nice phrase to have.

Of course, there are many other ways this domain could go, but I can't think of any more valuable one at the time. Right now, I'd personally say around 1/10 of that max value is a fair appraisal. It certainly has value, but its peak is speculative.

Nice catch

Almost all the appraisals have been good to this domain. IMO i like the domain. I would evaluate this domain to low x,xxx$ to mid $x,xxx.

All the Best.

Personally, I like this name to a certain extent. Can be developed into a site for people to improve their memory or for a computer memory shop.

I would say in the Low to Mid $xxx range, more to an enduser

The keyword's top-notch but it doesn't actually suit the extension. Somehow, I can't see it as a premium domain but feel free to disagree. I'd put it at $200 - $300 to a reseller.

Thanks for all your comment's and thought's on this one. Rep's all round to those who I was not already too fond of. :hehe:

JFYI I have already received 2 offers on this forum in the $xxxx range from resellers. However I feel that this is a super solid keyword and is certain worth holding out for lot more.
I respectfully disagree that the extention does not suit the keyword as the .tv extension is also seen as an advertising media and there are plenty of memory related products out there.

I think this is an excellent catch! To those that say the keyword doesn't fit the extension, bah! It's a great keyword, regardless. Now it's just time to sit, and let the person who has the imagination for this combination to find you. I would reg it for 5+ years, and just wait!
It sures sounds cool to me, for something that isn't supposed to fit. Len, you know what you are doing with this domain, hang on to it, for sure.
This will sell in the future, of course IMHO.

Good to hear that Len.

Yes, it is a super-solid keyword but I still maintain my position about the extension. Sure, .tv is seen as an advertising medium but Memory products? We can't compare everything in the same light. For that matter, even diet pills could be advertised on .tv so that doesn't mean the extension matches the keyword.

Anyway, good luck :)

We all think different. You are thinking memory products. I was thinking more on the lines of a tv show. A person "loses" his memory, and tries to find it. This could be a new show, The guy is traveling across the USA, hoping to find out who he is.
Wow, now you can sell it to the big networks! Stay tuned next week for the premiere of Memory.tv starring ?????. How many shows are there on tv now that deal with the mind, the brain, the past, someone searching the past, visions, etc. These can all be related to memory. IMHO
