Very obvious but overlooked tip. The lead came through via Uniregistry, but they weren't responding. I made the extra step to contact via email and closed the deal. Follow up via all methods of communication if possible.

Looks like the buyer ended up being a gaming studio that uses the word Melt in their domain name. It may have been acquired as a URL shortener for them.
