Just reg'd yesterday. Thought it could have a bit of potential. How much you think it's worth?

Long but decent and in need of development. Enduser may buy it for low $xxx but I cant see a domainer buying it for resale purposes.

I have four or five like that. I got an end user offer out of the blue and sold one last year for $500.

Selling websites to local businesses seems to be a really popular offering with some of the big internet marketers right now. It's the kind of name someone walking into a dealership to pitch their services might like to have in their hip pocket.
