It has 1300 exact monthly Google searches,and leading TLDS up to info are all taken.My obvious use for this name would be a campaign by a big Pharmaceutical company advocating the importance of their work.

Nice TLD!

However, the "s" seems misplaced to me. I'd like to see it at the end of the domain instead of in the middle. And, the spelling is a little tedious for branding. I'll go with reg fee undeveloped. IMO.
