Was devleoped once i think as a school. The .org is a company and is in france and the .com is as well. um the .info and .biz are taken.

Any value? Also .fr is taken...

These other extensioned domain/sites (in addition to the ".COM") would definitely be your best reselling potential, as I see it ... the ".NET" works globally!
$250 - $275+, IMHO ... at this End user level, IMHO. Negotiate fairly and it could be consumated quickly, as I see it.
Reg. fee - $33.75+ (wholesale), IMHO.
