When something isn't a first choice it needs to be priced and then buyers will look for what they can get in that price range as 2 words instead of 3. I don't dislike the name or find it even terrible it just isn't worth investing in for resale. I would use it but see it as registration fee. I have names in same boat but use them at same time. You may get low $xxx and you would get buyer with traffic but parking alone ... Advertise services or wait patiently.
