domain Med.Company Appraisal

Don't normally purchase anything other than .com and the rare few .nets, but came across Med.Company and couldn't pass it up. However, I'm struggling to find out what it's worth / what other recent .Company domains have sold for.

GoDaddy Appraisal: $3,850 but don't really believe it. Almost every other extension for Med is already taken though.

Any thoughts / recent sales you've seen? Not sure if it was a waste of $50 or not but took a flyer on this one. All thoughts are appreciated.

Med for medical I think it is pretty good. Most have gone the branded route but worth trying to sell it. I would price at 1k and see if you can make a sale.
