I think the appraisals, as always, are very generous but the stars have to align right before you can hope to make a sale.
The name is not generic at all, first of all you need an end user that more or less qualifies as an 'agency' and could use that TLD. Then it needs to have MED as its acronym, unless med can be a shortener for medical for example.
Now the pool of potential users has shrunk drastically. The odds of finding a qualified user willing to buy this name are extremely remote. It's another niche extension. Even a TLD like .club that has broad appeal is niche, it cannot be used by any business.

Note that travel.agency sold at a big loss recently but if I remember well it had premium renewal ($500/year ?), which doesn't help at all.
Most sales involve a generic keyword to the left of the dot. There are no LLL, and only one LL: RE which could mean real estate, but the current website is actually about a different business.
Based on these findings I think you will struggle to make a sale but good luck anyway. I just don't recommend to set the name to autorenew forever.
