DivingSkills - "A good way to practice your basic diving skills" Looks like this is a used term, so it would make a great informative site in which you can have ads to sell diving gear and make some revenue. Undeveloped it is worth a little over reg value. I'd say it's worth about $6-$10

MechanicSkills - Not really that many google results, worth reg value at the most.

Surfing-gear - The hyphen is great for SEO, and the .net looks like it's taken, well worth the reg fee and then some. I'd value it at $10-$15

DivingSkills looks like a good one. The only thing with it though is the value would be very dependent on development. You've got the right idea with it, so if you go ahead and develop it you could get a good sale.

I don't think you'd get much from resellers though. So if its a quick-flip you're after then it could be hard.
