The domain is "university village press", so you've already restricted it to a village, not all press things happen in a village. Its 22 characters long, any press related things for universities are usually shown on their official site. Take Harvard University as an example, go to the menu, you will find "media relations"...any university have their own press section on their official site, and don't consider using a separate site for this stuff. Even if you had UniversityPress.com, its better, but again, it is unnecessary. University Village Press doesn't indicate which uni either...like the domain is targeting all universities that have a press situation in a village? The domain is bad, long, restricted, and just unnecessary. I see zero hope for your domain, hope you get a reg fee. I'm sorry

There are a lot of people want to pay your domain between 8,000$ to 30,000$ for that high Domain Authority. I have seen some domains with DA more than 40 sold for more than $10, 000 easily. Your domain is named as traffic domain. For keyword, it is meaningless. It is high priced for SEO use. The buyer must be SEO firm, not domainer or end user trying to brand their website
