Maxi Arcade Directory
Ive setup a small directory aligned with my main arcade at
http://www.maxiarcade.com/directory/exchange_links.html
Doesnt have any PR as yet, but its SEO friendly enough and should get PR in the future.
So if have an arcade or gaming related site, blog, forum etc...check it out, and simply add my link anywhere on your site..
