Please appraise: MartialArts101.com

I was a Hand-to-Hand Combat instructor in the USMC and had always planned on using this domain (along with a couple of others that I purchased) to set up an introduction to Martial Arts training and to advertise Martial Arts schools that my former colleagues have opened. I decided to just "test the waters" and see what it was worth on the market. In the last year, with the growth of the UFC and other forms of Martial Arts, I have had some interest in this domain. What would be the asking price for this domain?

martialarts-101.com is up and going, not sure if that changes much but I just noticed when googling. Reselling value wouldn't be too much I don't think, maybe mid-high XX, but developing would obviously help a lot haha.

Although, 101 domain names are great for development due to the 101 - indicating education. If you look at the resale of domain names ending in 101, its not as strong though.

Checking at namebio.com you can actually do an advanced search function, and it will pull up domain names ending in 101.

So, based on these sales, it appears that only very strong keywords followed by 101 are reaching high sale prices. I would probably estimate yours in the low xxx range.
