I might be wrong. But i just have this much common sense and it tells me that this domains are reg fee. or maybe low $xx for the right buyer.

Don`t be afraid to appraise and give your opinion even if it`s reg fee or low $xx . I agree with you about armads.com, but what about MarilynMonroe.Name?
