Hey guys
Thanks once again for your advises
I really appreciate your helpful advises as we get lot of info from.
Here is an other domain name which I could sell soon if I get good offer, otherwise I may keep it for years.
But as always before making it for sell I would like to get your thoughts about the estimation of value.
Thanks in advance guys
Wish u all the best with more sales again and again

.icu extension has no demand.
Hence, I don't think this domain will sell. Therefore, $0

It is true that there have only been a handful of aftermarket sales in the .icu extension (I have 2 of the $$$ sales in NameBio and there are only a few others), which is surprising considering the high registration numbers. There are a few .icu in use for travel reference sites, and I think your name is ideal for that, and not sure if you have considered developing it while you wait for a buyer. One nice thing is that even premium .icu (which I believe this is?) renew at standard .icu rates, which are very reasonable, so not too much holding cost.

One strange thing with .icu is that so very few are actually listed for sale, at least on the standard marketplaces. According to Dofo, only 2100 for sale out of 6.8 million registrations, one of the lowest ratios I know. It is probably partly lack of NameBio coverage of Chinese sales outlets, but I think it is also true that a huge number of the registrations are just sitting there unused and not actively for sale. In other words, one reason there is such a tiny record of sales, is that almost no one is actively trying to sell them!

Best wishes,

Bob

City names are always intriguing and I have registered a few myself. But until and unless you find an enduser or Resellers with endusers in mind; they are always RegFee Appraised.

I'd suggest you to hold them for a few years unless you have a better offer.

I was wondering why too
But to be honest with you I guess that most of domainers want to keep it for years as for sure it will be one of the most in high demand extentions for the next few years
