its perfect for the island of Niue. Do you know what language they speak there? Might want to couple it with their native tongue also.

if I was buying it to resell mid xx - low xxx. Hold it til they buy a mall there and its in demand and the sky's the limit on price.

Thanks man for your reply. As I found out nu means "now " on Swedish language , also there is a huge mall in kuala lumbur that with the name nu mall.
