Making my forum similar to NamePros

Can anyone help in advising me how I can get an existing forum similar to NamePros?

It's an SMF forum dedicated to Fundraising for a charity. Am I better off starting from scratch with another script? If so, can anyone recommend a script?

Well, if you are serious about this I'd suggest that you get a vBulletin forum license and make your own custom design. Be creative and make it look and feel like it's your own forum.
