"Make capital" in itself does not make any sense, capital mostly goes along with words like "letter", "gain" etc. Also if you check WT, there are no results at all: http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/?seed=make+capital&adult_filter=remove_offensive&suggest=Hit+Me. Which means people do not search for this expression.
