Think about who would use this and how. People submit to a site to make a test, of what? If something specific then shouldn't that be in the name?

Value is impossible as it needs someone with a specific use. Perhaps try it on the free marketplace listings, but I wouldn't expect a sale and wouldn't renew it, but good luck perhaps someone will find it with a use

Potential for traffic has nothing to do with the domain name, that comes from $thousands on marketing and SEO. And any domain name can be made to have a lot of traffic.

So "potential traffic if developed and marketed" has no relevance to the current value of what is just a domain name. Good luck
