hey this is a good alternative way to earn money for others' mistakes
but there are many things that others (web owner) surely wants to know..
-whats the cpm/cpc rate
-how are we going to be paid
-any geo-targeting
-etc
I cant find any detail about above things in the site, or the only way to know it is by mailing you?

or you could just redirect your 404 pages to the homepage and lose no one.

I think revenue pilot already does this, but redirecting to the home page makes the most sense. You really don't want a visitor thinking the site is no longer up, they would probably not come back for another visit.

I think i'd prefer to redirect my visitors back to my homepage like droplister said, rather than lose them.

Then they will not know that have visited the wrong site.
So you can use a Timed Redirection.
