Mailing Subscription Coding ?? Help

I want to integrate subscription facility on my website, where i want to collect the email address for newsletter purpose, Pls help me how to code the same at back end, by the way i am using Modx CMS, pls check the attached Image.

Have you considered using CampaignMonitor, MailChimp or the like? With these services it is very simple to integrate such a newsletter sign up form. If you're looking to handle this from scratch with your own code on your own server, then your question is probably too broad to expect a viable response on any forum.
