Well, it depends. What kinda mailing list are you reffering to? Some NPers sell a lot of domain names on Ebay for mid amounts, they maintain all the buyers contacts and occasionally send a complete list with prices to their buyers. When you have several hundred buyers, your bound to find someone who would buy some of your domain stock.
