The problem is that there is a real lack of existing end users with this name, which I'm actually surprised by.

That kinda diminishes the wholesale value a lot. However, in saying that, I still think this is a low to mid 4 figure name to the right end user buyer. Getting mid 4 figures for it will depend on your negotiation skills I suppose, but I think more likely is $2k area for an end user.

It is strange to say it because to me the combination is great, and I honestly would've thought there'd be more companies out there with this name.

I can't see a big institution using it, but a smaller player whose target market is maybe people who have a harder time getting loans, so if they can actually get one it's like magic. Keywords provide for a creative marketing brand for sure for the right user.

Nice name. Aged since 2002, good words. Magic is good with Loans, especially since MGIC is the largest provider of private mortgage insurance. They are referred to as "Magic".

Anyway, with the right buyer, you could probably get $2k to 5k.
