Recently back-ordered this domain, to make a disney related online shop, but got an email from someone interested in buying it.
Have no idea of aprox which price I can ask for it.

I am amazed how stupid some folks are on this site. Don't you have a clue? You CAN NOT use a registered trade marked name of another company. It's illegal! Period! If you sold this, they could come after you for trying to profit from their name.

I would cancel your request as Disney will eventually request to have it for themselves or cancelled.

Get a clue!

There are hundreds of sites using the word disney(the same with thousands of other trademarks) in their domain.
Just one example of a very popular ono http://www.justdisney.com/
They are running for years.Why doesn´they go after them or cancel it ?
Why will they go after me?

Do you mean that this folk cannot sell his domain or project, for using the word disney ??? Nobody can use a trademark as part of their domain?????

i agree with you on that one. there are many sites out there running.

Just because there are many other sites using TM's in their domain doesn't make it any less risky or illegal. This domain has definite TM issues and while it may slide by, just like so many others, it'd be a shame to become part of a possible legal action in the future by the TM holder.
