Hi,

I am selling Mad Script, a PHP/CSS/HTML tutorial resource. Currently we have nearly 100 tutorials, and get 3-4 new tutorials a day from users. The site has several features, as well an admincp to approve/remove tutorials, approve/remove categories, view stats, and more. The site is unique (custom script created by a user @ NP), and does not have any ads setup at the moment (but easy to add) and we get about 20-30 uniques a day.

I have setup zero advertisements on the website, so no revenue - it's easy to add them, though.

Stats - not much to speak of, 20-30 uniques a day. Google has indexed 17 of our tutorials so far.
