Established Design-Core.net - 38 tutorials/templates/scripts, PR3!

Hey,
I'm selling http://www.design-core.net, my webmaster resource site. Its a PR3, about 2-3 months old. Last month it recieved around 10,000 uniques with some light advertising. I just transfered servers this month, and have stopped any advertising/tutorial writing really... so traffic is down. But it can be easily brought up with some tutorial submissions to tutorial indexes - I can do it for you to start things off, and maybe write a few tutorials too. I'm sure if you devote some more time to it, it will easily get much more traffic. Most of the visits come from good-tutorials.com, 6000+, which is a large photoshop tutorial index. A single tutorial which takes about 30 minutes will get you around 2000 uniques.

The site has 38 webmaster resources:

1. 21 full length tutorials on Photoshop, Javascript, CSS, PHP, and HTML.
2. 8 scripts for download
3. 9 full website templates which will be included with the sale.

I'm looking for offers over $100 atm, BIN at $200. Thanks.

not to ruin your sale, but some of those downloads arnt free and you probably have to get permission to distribute

Do you mean Invision? As far as I know... all of the others are absolutely free...
And I thought you were allowed to distribute invision board versions that are less than 2.0? They aren't allowed to stop it... its like asking people with less than version 2.0 to uninstall their boards if they aren't upgrading...

im not sure but the buyer should contact invision board to make sure its ok to do that

Their license agreement says nothing about not being able to distribute earlier versions of their software, and as far as I know, no one has had any type of trouble with this, in fact if I remember correctly, this topic was brought up on another webmaster forum I visit regularly, and it was okay with invision that someone was doing this...

If it really turns out to be illegal, its a simple task of removing the download.
