Comparable historical sales, brandability, scarcity, current events. $100K should be the floor.

Don't get me wrong, buyer and seller got a good deal but this exact pairing is superb.

I agree that the seller is to blame for setting too low reserve prices. But also I think Sedo "attracts" these kind of lowballers who search out these underpriced domains, IMHO.
