Free 2GB File Storage - Little Yellow Robot

I just redesigned the homepage to be more of a, well, homepage! To help communicate the purpose of the site, and direct people in the right direction. It used to look like: Little Yellow Robot

I'm asking for feedback on the UI and design. What works, what doesn't, and possibly suggestions on improvement.

A big thing I know about and am looking for a developer to help is a progress bar. Big files will see UI discomfort being it just says "Uploading files, please wait" or something like that. It's good to let the user know if the file is being uploaded, at what rate, etc. So, that's known and something I'm looking to bring out soon.

One of the nicest designs I've seen on here in recent times. I can only suggest a couple of things.

The spacing in between the boxed areas is a little slim. I think padding it a little more will give each unit a bit of distinction.

The drop shadow on the header text seems a little too deep to me. Maybe make it only 1 or 2 pixels.
