This would not be that easy to sell because it is not that brandable, because it is the .net. If it was the .com, I think it would be another story. It's also hard to sell, because it is a very niche service, and this means a distinct brand reputation is necessary, which this domain can't provide.

The best thing to do with it in my opinion would be to create a site showcasing luxury planes, and build traffic and sell advertising. You might sell it to another web developer on this basis for a modest amount, maybe $150 to $200.
