.ae is a headache to sell. I sold one myself during my 4 years in Dubai. It is a very narrow market and local extension. The name isn't bad tho but it won't be an easy one. Try outbound to travelagencies or hotels in the UAE.

Another interesting thing I found is that www.luxuryholidays.biz redirects to http://www.starwoodhotels.com and is owned by them. They have 41 hotels in UAE alone.
