Low-Down request (Tips, advice, etc)

Hey everyone. Newbie here. Can anybody please help me understand Domain trading. I will be very grateful, especially for tips and advice. I have a domain (www.Dark-FX.com) at GoDaddy.com, I am interested in selling this but I have no idea what makes a good sale, does traffic count? because it is not developed. It is simply just reserved at GoDaddy.com. Thanks a lot

Yes Traffic helps
Also a Small Park page ,not just Godaddy's "generic Page" is helpful
Listing The Name,Price and Any reasons people should buy name
e.g. Keywords, catchy name, whatever

well I did a basic one on www.king.ray.btinternet.co.uk/darkfx/a.htm but it's awful. But that's the kind of thing I want...I think
