or
lovers trip

Can you guys give me a rough estimate on how much this could be worth.

Lover Strip could be used in the adult field.
Lovers Trip could be a nice romantic getaway-type site.

I wouldn't be surprised if you got around $35+ wholesale for it.
End-user, who knows what price.
